Extension of accreditation of representative offices of foreign companies in Russia
Since January 1, 2015, new rules have entered into force for the accreditation of representative offices and branches of foreign companies in Russia (Law of the Russian Federation of 05.05.2014 N 106-FZ).
From January 1, 2015, the extension of the accreditation of representative offices (branches) of foreign companies is carried out at the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Moscow. Those representative offices (branches) with an accreditation permit that has been issued by the former accreditation body, the RFU or RF CCI, must collect a set of the following documents and apply for an extension of accreditation to the tax authority in Moscow (Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 47). The representation is entered in the state register of accredited branches and representative offices indefinitely until the decision of the parent company to close it. The documents for the renewal of accreditation must be submitted one month before the end of the current accreditation.

DECISION ON THE OPENING OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE (BRANCH)
STATUTE OF REPRESENTATION (BRANCH)
GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY TO THE HEAD OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE (BRANCH)
POWER OF ATTENDANCE TO THE REPRESENTATIVE
QUOTATION FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE GOSPASHLINA IN THE SIZE 120,000 РУБ.
Documents must be no older than 12 months.
Also, the representative office should certify the number of foreign employees in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow before submitting documents to the tax inspectorate for renewal in the register.
Registration takes 30 working days. After that, the representative office or branch receives a certificate of entry in the state register.
