A new procedure for accrediting representative offices of foreign companies in Russia
Since January 1, 2015, new rules have entered into force for the accreditation of representative offices and branches of foreign companies in Russia (Law of the Russian Federation of 05.05.2014 N 106-FZ).
From January 1, 2015 accreditation of representative offices of foreign companies is carried out in the inspection of the Federal Tax Service of Moscow No. 47. The representation is entered into the state register of accredited branches and representative offices indefinitely until the decision of the parent company to close it.

CHARTER OF LEGAL ENTITY
EXTRACT FROM THE TRADE REGISTER
DOCUMENT CONFIRMS REGISTRATION OF LEGAL ENTITIES IN TAX BODIES IN THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
DECISION ON THE OPENING OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE (BRANCH)
STATUTE OF REPRESENTATION (BRANCH)
GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY TO THE HEAD OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE (BRANCH)
POWER OF ATTENDANCE TO THE REPRESENTATIVE
QUOTATION FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE GOSPASHLINA IN THE SIZE 120,000 РУБ.
Documents must be no older than 12 months.
Also, the representative office should certify the number of foreign employees in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow before submitting documents to the tax inspectorate for renewal in the register.
Registration takes 30 working days. After that, a representative office or a branch receives a certificate of entry in the state register and filing for tax accounting.
